Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a clean lobby and public spaces. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our public spaces crew are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.

Job Requirements
What you are responsible for:
• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
• Clean assigned public areas throughout the hotel
• Empty garbage in all public areas and clean public area restrooms
• Clean all mirrors, inside of windows, wipe and dust all surfaces; keeping all brass shiny
• Responsible for moving and placing furniture back to its original place
• Vacuum carpets where needed
• Report necessary maintenance items
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Ensure a safe work environment is maintained at all times
• Follow departmental health & safety tools including WCB & WHMIS
• Communicate effectively with the Maintenance department regarding guest rooms and public areas
• Adhere to all hotel environmental policies, programs and initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
