Who we are looking for:
We’re on the hunt for a Maintenance Crew Member who knows their way around a toolbox and a good time. You’re not just here to fix things—you’re here to keep the Moxy machine running smooth, safe, and seriously stylish. From routine tasks to unexpected repairs, you bring a calm, can-do attitude and a whole lot of hustle.
What you are responsible for:
- Keeping our tools tidy, organized, and in tip-top shape
- Jumping in on routine repairs and unexpected fixes with confidence
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas, storage spaces, and back-of-house zones
- Ensuring boiler rooms, maintenance areas, and flammable storage are safe and spotless
- Logging tasks and completed work like a pro
- Keeping your cool when things heat up (HVAC pun intended)
- Communicating clearly and kindly with guests, teammates, and leaders
- Offering guest assistance when needed—because you’re more than just maintenance
- Taking initiative and solving problems before anyone even notices
- Staying mobile—this role keeps you on your feet and in action
- Lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching—because we roll up our sleeves and get it done
- Keeping safety and cleanliness top of mind—Moxy Standards always

What we need from you:
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team
• Comfort with physical work, tools, and basic repairs
• Living in Banff or willing to relocate
