Job Description
We’re looking for a Cold Line cook to learn new culinary skills and bring good energy to Coyotes Southwestern Grill. You’ll be making a daily prep list for your station. Making pizzas, flatbreads and a variety of hot and cold apps. You’ll be working alongside our chefs during service cooking our a la carte dinner menu. Shifts run from 3:30/4:00pm to approximately 10pm. Part time available.
Job Requirements
Assist in food preparation and cooking for evening service, ensuring all meals are prepared to high standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Handle food items safely and efficiently, following proper food handling procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
Learn and adapt to various kitchen tasks as needed, demonstrating a willingness to grow in the role.
