Job Requirements
✅ Lead and support the kitchen team alongside the Chef
✅ Ensure food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency meet BHC standards
✅ Maintain organized, well-stocked cooking stations and coordinate supply orders
✅ Oversee food and product ordering, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage
✅ Train and guide team members, recognizing opportunities for growth
✅ Uphold food safety and regulatory standards
✅ Help recruit top kitchen talent and represent the BHC brand
