FairShare Vacation Rental Management
About Company
FairShare Vacation Rentals is a local, hospitality-led vacation rental management company based in Canmore, Alberta. We manage a curated portfolio of vacation homes for guests visiting Canmore, Banff, and the Canadian Rockies.
We are a hands-on team that believes good hospitality starts with good people. Our work includes property care, cleaning, inspections, guest support, maintenance coordination, and owner communication. Every role matters because every detail affects the guest experience.
At FairShare, we value reliability, respect, clear communication, and pride in doing the job properly. Our standards are high, but so is our commitment to treating our team well. We believe people do their best work when they are supported, trusted, and given a reasonable balance between work and life.
Working with FairShare means joining a local company that understands mountain life, values teamwork, and does not believe hospitality should come at the expense of people. We take our work seriously, but we also believe the workplace should be fair, respectful, and human.
