We are an employee-owned hospitality company, also known as Banff Lodging Co. BCP operates 16 hotels, 8 restaurants, unique experiences, and property development across the Canadian Rockies. With over 1,000 employees from around the world, we work together to deliver outstanding guest service in Banff, Canmore, and Lake Louise.

Hiring Process
Step 1: Candidates create a profile by applying for any position on our website.
Step 2: A recruiter will email you with an interview request and information about working at BCP. We may ask a few preliminary questions by email before scheduling the interview.
Step 3: Interview assess suitability for the role. Some positions require a second interview.
Step 4: Successful candidates receive a formal job offer within 7 business days of notification.
Step 5: Post-Acceptance Once the candidate accepts the job offer, BCP will start the housing application process and begin the onboarding process.
