2.2 Account Creation: To post job advertisements, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Use of the Site

3.1 Permitted Use: You may use the Site solely for the purpose of posting job advertisements and finding suitable candidates for employment within your organization.

3.2 Prohibited Use: You agree not to:

– Post any job advertisement that contains false or misleading information.

– Post job advertisements for any roles involving illegal activities or requiring candidates to engage in illegal activities.

– Engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Site.

– Use any automated system, software, or devices to access, scrape, or reproduce content on the Site.

4. Job Postings

4.1 Content: All job postings must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment laws. Job postings must not contain discriminatory language, false information, or any material that violates the rights of third parties.

4.2 Accuracy: You agree to ensure that all job postings are accurate, not misleading, and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for the content of your job postings.

4.3 Approval and Removal: We reserve the right to review, approve, or remove any job postings that violate these Terms or are otherwise deemed inappropriate.

5. Job Posting Guidelines

We strive to provide the best experience for job seekers and are committed to maintaining high standards for job postings. Recognizing that industries and markets vary, we aim to accommodate these differences while upholding our policies.

Job listings that do not align with our standards may be subject to review, and additional information from the hiring company may be required. Any misleading listings, those compromising the job seeker experience, or postings that do not represent a legitimate job opportunity may be removed from search results.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may impact the visibility of job postings. For more details on specific policies, please refer to our policy articles or view our commitment to ethical practices.

5.1 Accurate and Detailed Information: Job postings must contain clear and accurate information. We do not permit listings that are deceptive, incomplete, or misleading.

5.2 Authorized Posting: Jobs must be posted by individuals authorized to recruit on behalf of the employer. If third-party recruiters are used, their role must be clearly stated to avoid misrepresentation.

5.3 Employer-Direct Job Versions: Our goal is to directly connect job seekers with employers. While we collaborate with content providers, we prioritize job listings sourced directly from employers.

5.4 No Fees for Job Seekers: Job seekers should not be required to pay any fees for job opportunities. Any listing that suggests fees or paid training for applicants may indicate predatory practices and will be flagged.

5.5 Well-Written Titles and Descriptions: Job titles and descriptions should be clear, accurate, and well-formatted. Avoid clickbait and irrelevant information in job titles, and ensure descriptions are focused on the role.

5.6 No Offensive Content: Job listings must not contain explicit, derogatory, or otherwise offensive content. Posts violating this guideline will be removed.

5.7 No Manipulation of Search Results: Any attempts to manipulate search results for increased visibility will result in reduced job listing exposure.

5.8 Discrimination Prohibited: Job seekers should be assessed based on relevant qualifications and experience. Discrimination based on factors unrelated to job performance is strictly prohibited.

5.9 Right to Remove Listings: We reserve the right to reject or remove any job posting or company account for any reason, at our discretion. While we strive to communicate the reasons for removal, we may do so without notice if it serves the best interests of our users.
