Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated full-time, permanent Shop Hand to join our Production Crew located in Exshaw, Alberta, completing and supporting the team in the shop. The main responsibilities are to provide hands-on preparation of timber products, including operating machinery and equipment and facility maintenance in our warehouse.

Main Activities
● Prepare timber products daily by sanding and staining
● Ensure the shops is cleaned regularly and maintained
● Complete check lists
● Assist shipping and receiving with filling orders with product, load/un-load trucks, wrap packages that are ready to be shipped
● Provide product orders to the shipper/receiver once complete
● Moving and organizing the product in the warehouse
● Operating a variety of equipment such as different forklifts, CNC planers, woodworking machinery and tools
● Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
● No experience is required, training will be provided
● Forklift training will be provided
● First Aid and WHMIS is an asset
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with changing directions
● Ability to work as a team and assist others
● Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy
● Must be able to drive to the shop in Exshaw, Alberta daily
