Job Description

Location: Canadian Rockies (Canmore-based headquarters + hybrid WFH)
Season: May 28th – October 15th
Starting Wage: $28/hour
Total Compensation (including bonuses): Up to $40+/hour

We’re on the lookout for a detail-savvy, adventure-loving go-getter to join our crew as an Operations & Adventure Coordinator! This dynamic role is perfect for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys connecting with both guests and teammates. If you’re passionate about creating seamless experiences in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, this could be your summer of a lifetime.

What you’ll do:Operations Responsibilities:
– Drive and guide at least 3 shuttle trips per week (sunrise, daytime, and private tours) — Because delivering great adventures starts by experiencing them firsthand!
– Assist with staff training and ongoing development, supporting your teammates to thrive.
– Be the behind-the-scenes communication hero — managing internal messages to keep everything running like clockwork.
– Act as the go-to problem solver for drivers and guests — no two days are ever the same!
– Check in with the team mates to ensure smooth operations and offer support.
– Be on sunrise standby shifts to support drivers, answer guest inquiries, and jump in where needed.
– Oversee vehicle cleanliness and maintenance to keep our fleet adventure-ready.
– Assist with preparing private shuttles and restocking vehicles.
– Manage hotel partnerships — restocking flyers, answering inquiries, and nurturing those relationships like a pro.
– Track and monitor commission payouts for hotels, 3rd party vendors, and staff with precision.

Customer Service Responsibilities:
– Respond to guest inquiries across email, phone, and online channels with warmth and professionalism.
– Assist with private shuttle bookings and craft custom itineraries that wow our guests.
– Handle digital creator partnerships with prompt, friendly communication.
– Be a consistent, positive presence across all guest touchpoints to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

Job Requirements

- A responsible, detail-oriented powerhouse with top-notch communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying cool under pressure.
- Previous experience in operations, customer service, or leadership roles (bonus points if you've done all three!).
