Job Description
We’re looking for a designer who wants to get off the screen and bring their work into the real world. Valley Sign & Design is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to join our small, creative team in our design studio and print shop. This is an on-site role that blends digital design, print production, and installation. No two days are the same, and your work will be seen all over the Bow Valley.
Job Requirements
What You’ll Do
• Design logos, signs, and branding materials in Adobe Illustrator
• Prepare files for print and wide-format production
• Learn to operate printers, cutters, and apply vinyl to various surfaces
• Occasionally help install signs on windows, vehicles, or buildings
• Talk directly with clients and collaborate on custom signage projects
What We’re Looking For
• A diploma in Graphic Design (or similar experience)
• Strong Illustrator skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with your hands and learning production techniques
• Friendly communicator who enjoys variety in their workday
• Someone who lives locally - we are not offering remote work
