Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hands-on worker to join our construction team for the full duration of an ongoing construction project, currently in the foundations stage.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced carpenters, tradespeople, and site supervisors, assisting with various construction activities from the initial foundation stages through to the completion of the project.
The position will initially focus on site preparation, foundation construction, concrete formwork, and related activities before progressing into carpentry, framing, structural construction, and general building operations as the project advances.
We are looking for someone with previous construction experience, a basic understanding of carpentry, familiarity with construction tools, and a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the successful completion of the project.

Job Requirements
-Previous construction or carpentry experience preferred.
-Basic knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and construction methods.
-Familiarity with concrete formwork, foundation work, or framing is an asset.
-Ability to read measurements and follow basic construction drawings.
-Physically capable of performing demanding construction work and lifting materials.
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
-Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred.
