The North Face Banff is hiring a Morning Lead Supervisor
We are looking for an anchor team member to provide excellent customer experiences and ensure the smooth running of morning shifts.

Previous retail experience required and preference given to applicants with Outdoor Industry experience. Strong organizational skills are a must, we are seeking a mature candidate looking for long term employment.
Must be available for weekend shifts, able to lift up to 40lbs, climb on ladders, and multi-task in a busy setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
