Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Morning Prep Cook to join our kitchen team and help us start each day strong. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing ingredients and setting up stations ahead of service to ensure smooth kitchen operations throughout the day. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong sense of teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrive early to begin prep work before service starts
Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and daily prep lists
Portion and label items for easy access during service
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
Assist with inventory rotation (FIFO) and proper food storage
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate prep
Occasionally assist with basic cooking or line duties as needed

Job Requirements
Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred (but not required)
Comfortable working early morning shifts and standing for extended periods
Strong knife skills and understanding of basic kitchen equipment
