Location: Banff, AB
The Boss, Banff’s newest elevated casual dining spot, is looking for a dynamic and organized Expo (Expeditor) to join our opening team. As the heartbeat between the kitchen and the front-of-house, you’ll help ensure every dish is perfectly plated, timed, and delivered with excellence.
We’re all about bold flavors, smooth service, and a touch of Rocky Mountain attitude—and we need someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and takes pride in the little details.

Job Requirements
What you’ll do:
Manage the flow of orders between kitchen and service teams
Check plating for presentation, accuracy, and timing
Communicate clearly and effectively with both BOH and FOH
Help maintain a clean, organized pass and expo station
Keep the energy up and the standards high
What we’re looking for:
Experience as an expo or in a similar fast-paced restaurant role
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A calm head under pressure and sharp eye for detail
Team-first mentality and a drive to help everyone succeed
