Summary
We are seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead our team in creating beautiful and functional landscapes in the Canmore/Banff area. This role is vital in ensuring project excellence aligns with our company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of landscaping projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
Supervise and coordinate the work of landscaping crews.
Manage project schedules, materials, and equipment.
Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project specifications.
Maintain high standards of landscape maintenance and horticultural practices.
Provide training and mentorship to team members.
Assist in planning and executing landscape construction activities.
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license is preferred.
Construction experience is a plus.
