Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics & Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of furniture receiving and delivery, ensuring that all items are transported efficiently and safely.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work closely with the design team, delivery companies, and customers to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Duties
– Receive incoming furniture and manage inventory within the warehouse.
– Coordinate and schedule client deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
– Assemble and install furniture at clients’ homes upon delivery.
– Handle claims and manage any delivery-related issues.
– Assist with loading and unloading products, including heavy lifting and moving of items.
– Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
– Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records, including shipment tracking and system updates.
– Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and properly maintained.
– Adhere to all safety guidelines during the transportation and handling of goods.
– Collaborate with the design team to streamline and enhance delivery operations.
– Operate the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
– Perform regular inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it remains in good condition.
– Monitor fuel usage and maintain detailed records of mileage and fuel expenses.
-Assisting the Receiving team tagging products when not working on deliveries.
-Occasionally help with tasks at Stonewaters locations.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Canadian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the role.
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Valid Alberta Driver's License.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
