Job Description
The Houseperson will primarily provide laundry and housekeeping support to the Spring Creek Vacations team.
DUTIES
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
– Laundry duties (loading and unloading washer and dryer machines).
– Retrieve, sort, fold, and restock linens.
– Strip linens from guest rooms.
– Guest room deliveries.
– Organize items for recycling.
– Maintaining supply area for Room Attendants.
– Help to clean Vacation rentals when required.
Job Requirements
This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must have the ability to move, lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 25lbs. Must have the ability to stand for at least 8 hours in a day. Applicants must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting. A valid Class 5 License is required for this role, and preference will be given to those with previous hotel cleaning experience.
