As a member of our team, you’ll be the face of our organization, greeting customers with a friendly smile and assisting them with their needs – whether that be rental, retail or servicing repairs. The daily role involves providing guests with the appropriate rental equipment for their next adventure, offering trail recommendations or local knowledge to elevate their experience in Banff, and returning equipment upon their return and ensuring their adventure was a positive one.
In addition to customer interactions, you’ll also handle cashier duties with ease, processing transactions accurately and efficiently. While also ensuring liability rental forms are filled out correctly and all questions are answered prior to the rental beginning. Comfort with using computer programs is essential for this aspect of the role, and your proactive nature will ensure that you stay busy and contribute to the overall success of our team.
