ABOUT SKIN RNI
Canmore’s Premier Skin Rejuvenation Clinic & Spa is located in the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains. We specialize in enhancing natural beauty through expert technique, precision, and care. We have two locations in Canmore. This position is for our Downtown Location.

The Beauty Advisor is the first point of connection for our clients. In this role, you will guide clients through skincare solutions, support retail sales and help maintain an elevated, welcoming clinic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet clients warmly and create a luxury, approachable atmosphere
Recommend medical-grade retail products , sunscreens and beauty products that align with client goals (we will train you on product knowledge).
Recommend treatments available in our Spring Creek Location (training and the ability to experience treatments will be provided for the successful applicant in the on-boarding process).

RETAIL SALES & LOYALTY
Support Loyalty Program Enrolment
Assist with merchandising, stock levels, displays and inventory management
Support e-commerce fulfillment: product pulls, packaging, and shipping

TEAM COLLABORATION:
Communicate client needs to providers for seamless care.
Attend team training sessions on service offerings, new product launches and clinic protocols.
Support clinic events, promotions, and marketing efforts (skills in social media are an asset).

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in retail beauty is an asset
Previous sales experience
Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional demeanour
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and care.
Reliable, professional and passionate about the Beauty & Wellness Industry.
Exceptional client care
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Work with software management
High level of professionalism in client care
Able to multitask and work as a supportive team member and also ability to work independently.
Knowledge in creating and posting social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
You will be greeting our clients – welcoming them and assisting with purchases.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism and guest comfort.
Cultivate trust and connection with clients through genuine, elevated service
Provide clients with information about our clients services & treatments
Create and post social media
The ability to continuously provide knowledge to clients
Process transactions accurately using POS systems as well as booking treatments for our Medi-Spa location

This is a part time position that can become full time.
Compensation includes competitive base wage PLUS commission
