Job Description
– Utilize cleaning equipment and techniques to effectively clean carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces as required
– Educate customers with selecting the appropriate cleaning services and packages to meet their needs
– Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
– Driving company vehicles to and from service locations ranging from Lake Louise to Calgary
– Work within small teams at large commercial properties
– Work solo completing residential jobs and small commercial jobs

Job Requirements
- Previous carpet cleaning work is not required and all training is provided
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Must be available to work Monday-Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, up to ten-hour days
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check
- Ability to lift 60lbs or more is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Valid driver's license with at least two to three years of driving experience and ability to safely drive company vehicles
