Job Description
As a member of Banff’s first Izakaya, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of various Japanese and other Asian dishes in a dynamic kitchen setting. You will have the opportunity to work with skilled Japanese and international chefs while expanding your cooking repertoire.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in either a Japanese or Asian restaurant or a restaurant serving global cuisine with an accent on tapas or small plates along with a deep culinary interest and desire to deliver an outstanding taste experience to our customers on a daily basis. Sound Asian food knowledge / preparation / knife skills / plating experience are important assets. You must be a team player, punctual, clean, organized and efficient. Food safety certification is an asset.
