A reputable Carpet and Furnace Cleaning Services company is seeking a Technician to join their growing team in Canmore, Alberta. This role requires a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual with experience in carpet cleaning and furnace & duct cleaning.

Job Requirements

• Perform carpet and furnace & duct cleaning services as per scheduled appointments.
• Educate customers on cleaning services and make on-site sales recommendations.
• Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after appointments.
• Safely enter and exit client homes while ensuring proper care of the workspace.
• Update and send invoices with photos upon job completion.
• Train and supervise assistants, ensuring work meets company standards.
• Liaise with the office regarding appointments, scheduling, and customer feedback.
• Conduct estimates for potential jobs.
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality.
• Collect payments and update customer records accurately.
