Job Description

Overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen. Maintaining our reputation for high quality food. This is a “working-chef” role where you are expected and required to be cooking on-line a majority of the time. Supervising and training of all kitchen staff to ensure performance is kept up. Menu development and planning features within the scope of the restaurants general theme and style. Hiring and firing, Line cooking, scheduling, all food ordering, cost/waste control, inventory, liaison with owner to ensure a smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Respecting all employees and bringing a positive attitude to work.

Job Requirements

Red Seal an asset but not a requirement for the right candidate with experience.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership/management role in the kitchen.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
