The position
The Shipping Specialist is responsible for picking and packing our amazing natural products and sending them out to our Rocky fans nationwide.
This is a full-time permanent position working five days per week Monday through Saturday, from 8:00am – 4:00pm at our Workshop in Canmore, Alberta. The specific days worked will vary within this schedule.
What you’ll be doing
– Review orders received from our sales channels (E-Commerce, Retail, Strategic Partnerships)
– Pick product orders from inventory ensuring accuracy
– Pack orders according to Rocky standards
– Ship orders and process online via UPS/Canada Post
– Manage inventory control system
– Clean and maintain work station

- Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, self-starter
- Intermediate written and spoken English skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of handling physical work, including: bending, pushing, pulling, standing and lifting weight up to 50lbs (23kg) repetitively
- Ability to work in a highly scented environment
