Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused store assistant to join our team in Banff. Tasks include greeting customers, providing product information, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing sales floor.

Job Requirements
Help customers find specific products, understand product features, and answer questions related to those products.
Handle payments for purchases, ensure customers are happy with their shopping experience, and provide clear receipts.
Provide friendly and helpful service to all customers, including tourists, to ensure a positive shopping experience. Recommend local activities and restaurants.
Ensure the retail space is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
Strong customer service skills.
Able to take initiative on restocking, merchandising, and regular cleaning duties.
Previous retail sales experience is an asset.
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
Strong oral communication skills.
