Job Description
Pay is based on a 30 hour work week.
Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with AGLC regulations.
Recruit, train, and supervise bartenders and support staff.
Perform office duties including settling daily cash outs and controlling invoices.
Manage ordering and receiving beverages and supplies.
Develop and implement promotions and events.
Handle customer inquires, feedback and concerns with professionalism
Work closely with the executive team to achieve financial and operational goals

Job Requirements
Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of AGLC liquor laws and responsible service regulation.
ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)
Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures.
