Job Description
The Royal Canadian Legion is a recognized organization that caters to young and old alike. Kitchen open hours 11:00am to 9:00pm. Open 6 day a week. Preparing food for a traditional bar menu, and also catering events.

Job Requirements
5 years of experience in the industry.
Be able to place orders for menu items.
Take the initiative to help create new menu items.
Maintain a monthly inventory.
Be able to work independently and with others.
Cooking Knowledge: Understanding of various cooking methods, equipment, and ingredients.
Knife Handling: Proficiency in using knives safely and accurately.
Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen.
Organization: Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station.
Time Management: Ability to work quickly and accurately, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stretch, lift, and carry materials.
Communication: Good communication skills for interacting with other kitchen staff.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain quality standards.
