Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Thrift Store Manager to join our team. You will play a vital part in supporting the store’s operations and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting with sales, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store maintains a welcoming and organized environment. • Provide excellent customer service
• Handle and supervise cash and debit transactions efficiently and accurately
• Manage inventory by organizing donations, pricing items, and displaying for sale
• Assist in merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and maintain cleanliness
• Supervise volunteers or junior staff as required, providing training and support
• Manage staff and volunteer schedules
• Manage social media accounts and liaise with other Bow Valley social ventures

Job Requirements
Two years retail experience
Experience in management / team leadership
Demonstrable Social Media skills
Detail oriented, strong organisational & management skills
Ability to work specified staggered hours
