Job Description

ABOUT EIZEN CORPORATION

Eizen Corporation oversees a diverse portfolio of agile, niche-focused businesses in premium travel (Peak Perfection), recreational sports (CASN), and strategic consulting (Accelerate Alberta). We empower entrepreneurial individuals who thrive with autonomy and are passionate about driving targeted marketing and operational excellence.

Our brands include:
– Peak Perfection (www.peakperfection.ca)
– Canadian Premier Hockey League Ltd.
– Winnipeg Rec Hockey League (www.winnipegrechockeyleague.com)
– Canadian Amateur Sport Network Inc.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the CEO, the Manager, Marketing & Automation will strategically enhance our external marketing and internal operational processes. You will manage high-impact digital campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition, while streamlining internal workflows through intelligent automations and continuous improvement.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Manager of Marketing & Automation to take charge of campaigns, tools, and systems across our brands. You’ll work directly with the founder and collaborate with top-tier agency partners. You’ll be the person who connects the dots, turns great ideas into real marketing outcomes, and brings automation into everything you do.

This is a leadership role. You’ll be the primary marketing point of contact across the group. You’ll own agency relationships, guide cross-brand strategy, and shape how marketing is executed across every business under Eizen. This role is structured with a clear growth path into a **Director-level leadership position**, leading marketing across all Eizen brands.

We’re looking for someone who leads, builds, and improves systems. Someone who sees a messy funnel or a manual process and thinks, “how do we fix this once and for all?”

YOU WILL

– Entrepreneurial-minded, you will be involved with leadership decisions, and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
– Strategically plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram (working alongside our agency partner)
– Develop targeted, high-conversion lead magnets and compelling digital content for distinct brand audiences.
– Manage and optimize automated email marketing sequences using Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
– Oversee retargeting and conversion optimization strategies to boost performance and maximize ROI.
– Analyze campaign metrics, adjust strategies for continual growth, and provide clear reporting.
– Lead the design and implementation of internal workflow automations using Zapier, n8n, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools.
– Collaborate across diverse teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and efficiency in marketing and operations.
– Own and execute marketing strategy across multiple brands in travel, sports, and software
– Serve as the key liaison between Eizen and our marketing agencies (PPC, SEO, creative)
– Lead campaign planning and ensure alignment across all external and internal partners
– Build automated funnels using tools like Zapier, Typeform, Checkfront, and Notion
– Spot friction in our customer journey and improve the conversion experience
– Report on campaign performance using dashboards and tools (Meta, Checkfront, etc.)
– Explore new ways to use automation to improve internal operations and data flow
– Help systematize marketing processes that can be scaled across all Eizen brands
