Job Description
We’re looking for the best and most passionate hospitality pros in the Bow Valley. The kind of people who carry themselves with pride, show up with presence, and know how to create a great experience without being over the top.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You moved to the mountains for a reason. This job lets you enjoy them again.
As a Peak Experience Guide, you’ll drive guests to places like Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Bow Lake, and along the Icefields Parkway. But the real job is about hosting a great day—being someone who adds to the experience just by being you.
No cheesy monologues, no over-the-top scripts. Just solid local knowledge, great energy, and genuine connection and hospitality.
THE WORK
Drive private groups to the Rockies’ best spots
Share local tips, stories, and good conversation
Be a great host—keep it smooth, make it feel easy
Handle the plan, the pacing, and the vibe
Choose shifts that fit your schedule
Own the day, you’re in charge of delivering the door-to-door experience
BONUS OPPORTUNITY: G7 DRIVING
We’re anticipating a major spike in work during late May and June tied to G7 transportation contracts. This is an excellent way to earn significant extra income if you’re available during that period. Additional driving shifts will be offered to top performers—especially those who are reliable, professional, and take real pride in their work.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-You take pride in how you show up
-You’re based in Banff, Canmore, Calgary, or nearby
-You’re comfortable talking to all kinds of people
-You’ve got (or are willing to get) a Class 4 driver’s license
-You've got experience in the Bow Valley or Canadian Rocky Mountains
-You don’t cut corners—you care about doing things the right way
