Who we are looking for:
This isn’t your typical front desk job. Our Front Desk Crew do more than hand over keys—they’re storytellers, vibe-setters, local gurus, and the face of Moxy. They live and breathe hospitality and know that the best stays start with an amazing welcome. From check-in to check-out, they create seamless, spirited, and super-friendly guest experiences. You’ll be the go-to for what’s hot in Banff, help with bar service when needed, and keep the lobby lively. Think concierge meets party host.
What you are responsible for:
- Welcoming guests like a rockstar and creating instant connections
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between
- Keeping the lobby, front desk, and vibe on point at all times
- Jumping in to support the bar, snack station, or lounge when needed
- Resolving guest concerns with empathy and energy
- Following all standard procedures (but never acting standard)
- Multitasking like a boss—phones, walk-ins, emails, POS and more
- Keeping things organized, efficient, and running smoothly
- Sharing local tips, secret spots, and the best selfie locations
- Lifting up the Crew vibe—supporting your team and being the energy

Job Requirements
What we need from you:
• Alberta ProServe (Required)
• Hospitality or Front Desk experience (an asset, not a must)
• Great energy, personality, and people-first mentality
• Living in Banff or willing to relocate
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep things fun
