Job Description

MaxECS provide Early Childhood Services to 3-5 year olds requiring additional support in their preschool programs. We are seeking casual employees to cover when staff are away. Shifts may be booked in advance or last minute availability required.

Job Requirements

-Experience working with young children who require additional support including behavioral challenges.
- Able to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for children.

Skills:
-Strong communication skill, both verbal and written.
-Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
-Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
-Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
-Ability to adapt to the needs of individual children and provide differentiated instruction.
-Must be able to legally work in Canada (Please do not apply if you are currently residing outside of Canada).
-Must apply for and provide a clear Police clearance and vulnerable sector check prior to your first day of employment.
