Job Description
Working both weekend brunch shifts and dinner shifts throughout the week, weekend availability a MUST.
Prep and prepare food for service. Cooking and presenting menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Answer, report and follow Chef’s instructions. Cleanliness and organization is required. Ensure food comes out simultaneously at high quality and in a timely manner.
Shifts must include dinner service, weekend brunch service and on the weekends.

Job Requirements
Proven cooking experience. (2+ years)
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
Familiar with industry best practices.
