Job Description

Into the Wild Tours is premium small-group tour operator offering daily guided, vehicle-based experiences to some of the most stunning natural destinations in the region. Our tours are thoughtfully designed to highlight special moments such as sunrise, sunset, and night skies, while maintaining a strong balance of interpretation, safety, comfort, and seamless logistics. We welcome both domestic and international travelers year-round and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, well-organized experiences in all seasonal conditions.

As a Tour Guide, you will lead tours from start to finish, ensuring each experience runs smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include transporting guests between locations, providing engaging and accurate commentary, managing timing and group flow, and adapting plans in response to changing weather, wildlife activity, or road conditions. Guides are expected to uphold a high level of professionalism while creating a warm, informative, and memorable atmosphere for every guest.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• Legal right to live and work in Canada.
• A valid Class IV driver’s license and clean drivers abstract.
• Obtain and submit an RCMP reference check-upon hire.
• In-depth knowledge of Banff National Park (training manual will be provided as well).
• Post-secondary education or at least 2-year work experience in tourism/hospitality industry.
