Job Description

Prepare menu items
Train and mentor other cooks
Ensure food is nutritious and properly flavored
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Operate and maintain clean kitchen as well as equipment’s
Store, label, and date food
Maintain inventory on weekly basis.
Prepare & place food orders through various suppliers
Must have valid Food & safety certificate
