Job Description

The position involves renting sports equipment to customers from all over the world. The summer rentals are primarily bikes and climbing gear. Applicants should possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of outdoor sports. Responsibilities include handling cash, using a POS system, and fulfilling opening and closing procedures. Comprehensive training will provided for this role.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and a passion for outdoor sports. This candidate will need to work well with a team and be motivated to work on their own from time to time. Also, the successful candidate must have some experience in retail and working with a POS system. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance and operation of bikes. Applicant must live in the Bow Valley.
