Job Description
We are looking for a new face to join our front desk team! Are you looking for part-time EVENING work? We are offering shifts from 5:00/6:00PM – 8:30/9:00PM (Ideally starting at 5:30PM-CLOSE) . Ideal candidate can work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
Looking for a social individual to greet & welcome all guests to our intimate wellness spa – making sure they have the ultimate relaxing & rejuvenating experience. We offer private Float Therapy tanks, infrared sauna/cold plunge and massage therapy services. At Float Canmore, we are a quiet and calming spa, where we prioritize one-on-one time with our guests and take pride in intentional work flow.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Cleaning the spa and private rooms between guests
– Answering phone and email inquiries, accurately processing bookings and making reservations, and reconciling sales.
– Assisting with inventory top up (ie shampoo’s, tea station, beverages), cleaning and folding laundry/linens and end of day duties .
– Maintaining order and cleanliness of all areas of our treatment facility to the highest standards, & cleaning of equipment/float tanks required throughout the shift.

Job Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hotel, high-end spa, or premium hospitality setting preferred but not required
Customer Focus: A passion for customer service, with a friendly, professional, and discreet demeanor.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to cleaning and organization—you notice the little things that make a big difference.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and clean for your 3-4 hour shift
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
