The Role
We are hiring for the position of Store Supervisor at our beautiful Banff location (121 Banff Ave.).
As the store supervisor, your key responsibilities will be to ensure the store is running effectively and providing exceptional customer service.
· Lead and coach the team in providing exceptional customer service
· Balance scheduling requirements seasonally including hiring new team members
· Manage store inventory
· Maintain a high level of cleanliness and adherence to AHS standards
· Train new team members and assign tasks effectively
· Other day-to-day responsibilities such as store opening/closing duties, cash management, store events, or other duties as necessary

Job Requirements

Your qualifications
· You are self-motivated and thrive on taking on new challenges
· Have an eye for detail and enjoy sharing the creative process
· Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable lifting heavy items
· Minimum two years previous retail experience is required
· High school diploma
