Job Description
Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers
Educating customers on the drinks menu and making recommendations based on their preferences
Up-selling special items and taking orders
Working with other baristas to help take orders
Having customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates
Packaging coffee blends, making coffee and tea, and explaining menu items to customers
Cleaning and attempting to ensure that customers are comfortable and satisfied
Having a deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, and the science behind extracting flavors from the beans.

Minimum 6 Months experience as a Barista with Latte Art.
