Job Description

Responsibilities–
Warmly welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the clinic;
Create a file for each new client and/or update the existing file;
Prepare client files for care in the coming days;
Provide clients with the forms and consents necessary for the care to be received;
Respond to customer phone calls and emails;
Provide callbacks to clients who have not confirmed their attendance at their appointment;
Ensure the proper management and optimization of the appointment agenda;
Produce customer invoices and ensure the verification of invoices on a daily basis;
Take care of the opening and closing procedures of the clinic;
Process correspondence and mailings by various couriers;
Count the day’s treatments in collaboration with the consultant;
Maintain order in the reception, the shop area and the waiting room;
Manage orders for office automation and other equipment;
Perform batch closure, balance daily reports and transmit cash to accounting;
Ensure the availability of change in petty cash.

Job Requirements
High school diploma required, training in office automation (a strong asset);
At least two (2) years of experience in a similar position;
Spoken and written languages: good command of French and English;
Have the client's well-being at heart;
Communicate effectively;

Demonstrate initiative and autonomy;
Ability to plan and coordinate activities;
Demonstrate rigor, reliability and flexibility.
