Job Description
Studio Supervisor
(32+ hrs/week), must be available to work weekends and evenings
Rate increases/bonuses related to performance and increased responsibilities
Responsibilities
– Assist in managing and overseeing the studio
– Follow systems to ensure success
– Set the tone for a fun, friendly environment with service people will talk about
– Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and daily administration
– Oversee the pottery glaze and kiln production process
– Execute local studio marketing activities to build brand buzz
– Plan successful events in-studio and out in the community
– Be accountable to drive the overall performance of the studio

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a busy retail or restaurant setting, with store-level supervisor/assistant manager experience
- Over-the-top customer service orientation
- A passion for creativity and desire to share it with others
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive team player and infectious personality
- A self-motivated multi-tasker, who enjoys busy and is not easily overwhelmed
- Drivers license, with access to vehicle an asset but not required
