Job Description
We’re looking for a part time or full time evening line cook to join our team. Shifts will run from 4 pm to close. We close at 10 pm with approximately an hour of cleanup and putting away product. The successful applicant will be responsible for locking up the restaurant each evening.
-Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards.
-Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed during food handling and preparation.
-Serve meals to customers in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food service areas.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of line cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling
- Ability to follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, focused team
- Knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment (grill, oven, fryer, etc.)
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor under pressure
