Job Description
Looking for a flexible job in a fun environment? Join us at Coyotes, an open-concept kitchen in the heart of downtown Banff! We’re looking for someone to work 1-2 days a week. The shifts currently are approximately 9am to 3pm. In summer the day will be split into 2 separate shifts 8am to 12:30pm or 12:00pm to 5pm. When that time comes, you’ll have the choice of which shift you’d prefer to work and we’ll bring on another person to do the other shift.
You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.
**Responsibilities:**
– Clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
– Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
– Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
– Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
Job Requirements
- Some kitchen experience preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Must legally be allowed to work in Canada (we are not currently sponsoring foreign workers)
