Job Description

At Carlito’s Pizzeria, the Line Cook plays a key role in preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu favorites in a fast-paced kitchen. Working closely with our kitchen team, the Line Cook is responsible for operating a designated station (such as the pizza oven, grill, or prep area), ensuring that all dishes meet our standards for taste, presentation, and timing.
