Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing linens, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and free from dirt and stains.
• Ensure bathrooms are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies such as towels, toiletries, and paper products.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department to ensure rooms are in optimal condition.
• Follow all hotel cleaning protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Organize and stock cleaning supplies, including linens, towels, and amenities, to ensure quick and efficient service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities, supplies, or special services with a positive and professional attitude.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information and personal items.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, including health and safety standards, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and staff.
• Assist in other housekeeping tasks as needed, including cleaning public areas and assisting with laundry or inventory management.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in housekeeping or room cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and linens, as well as perform tasks requiring physical activity, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Positive, friendly, and guest-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to take on additional tasks or directions from management as needed to support hotel operations and ensure a high standard of service.
