Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer to assist our journeyman glaziers at various commercial and residential job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety and quality work.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Assist journeyman glaziers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of glass and window systems.
– Load and unload glass materials and tools at job sites.
– Prepare job sites by ensuring they are clean, organized, and safe for operations.
– Measure and cut materials as directed by the journeyman.
– Help with the installation of frames, sills, and other components.
– Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
– Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
– Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed.
– Participate in training and development opportunities as directed.
**Working Conditions:**
– Work is performed at various job sites, both indoors and outdoors.
– May require working in varying weather conditions and heights.
– Typical hours may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset but not required.
