Housekeeper Job Summary:
Join our team at Canmore Downtown Hostel, nestled in the picturesque Albertan Rocky Mountains. As a Housekeeper, you will be an integral part of our vibrant and modern hostel, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests from around the globe. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will contribute to the exceptional experiences we provide.
Responsibilities:
– Perform residential cleaning duties in dormitories and private rooms to maintain high standards of cleanliness
– Organize and launder linens, towels, and other guest amenities
– Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks
– Ensure all areas of the hostel are clean, sanitized, and presentable for guests
– Assist with occasional cooking tasks as needed
– Uphold our commitment to excellent customer service by promptly addressing any guest requests or concerns

Job Requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage cleaning tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills to prioritize cleaning duties effectively
- Proficiency in English is required to communicate with guests and team members
- Hospitality experience is a plus
