Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with experience in hotel or industrial cleaning environments. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

Job Requirements
English fluency required: Intermediate
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety practices related to custodial work.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
Ability to lead by example and motivate team members to achieve high-performance standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 year
