Job Description
Primary Function: The HR Admin & Benefits Coordinator provides comprehensive support for CRMR’s HR operations and benefits administration. This role manages employee benefits programs while assisting with HR administration and compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Administration
• Maintain employee records confidentially including personnel files and benefits documentation
• Process and track employee status changes, leaves of absence, and terminations
• Create and distribute company-wide newsletter and internal communications
• Manage company-wide email communications and announcements
• Maintain and distribute monthly company directory updates
• Coordinate employee recognition programs including:
• Processing and tracking staff 6-month accommodation vouchers
• Managing employee work anniversary celebrations and recognition
• Coordinating other employee engagement initiatives
• Support execution of HR projects and daily requests
• Ensure positive employee experience through timely correspondence
• Assist in the recruitment process including reference check and new hire coordination as needed
Benefits Administration
• Coordinate and administer all aspects of employee benefits programs including health, dental, life insurance, and disability
• Process benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes while ensuring accuracy of all benefits data
• Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and claims resolution
• Maintain benefits documentation and ensure compliance with policy requirements
• Coordinate with insurance providers
• Conduct benefits orientation for new employees as needed

Job Requirements
Requirements/Experience:
• 1+ years experience in HR administration, benefits coordination, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance requirements
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience maintaining sensitive employee information confidentially
• Collaborative team player who takes initiative on projects
