Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality, a passion for customer service, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our patrons, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and tact.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Assist with special events and private functions as needed.
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service.

Job Requirements
Ability to work 8 hours at a fast pace
Proven experience as a Host or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Knowledge of reservation systems and point-of-sale software is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
